Durlon® 9000 Series

Durlon Sealing Devices includes quality gasket materials, cut gaskets, metal gaskets, Flange gasket kits, and patented seal solutions.

Durlon 9000

PTFE Filled Sheets

Durlon® offers exceptional non-asbestos gasket materials.  They also produce filled PTFE materials that seal better and longer than traditional PTFE.  Durlon® 9000 Shows Less Cold Flow And Greater Sealing Ability Than Other Filled Teflon® Materials (PTFE). Durlon® maintains chemical attack resistance and offers specific sheet styles where resistance to highly aggressive chemicals (including hydrofluoric acid) is required.

Durlon 9000

Durlon 9000

Durlon® 9000 is a PTFE gasket sheet made with Glass spheres for lower torque load requirements.

Durlon® 9000N is a white version of the same sheet, for applications requiring a neutral color sheet.

Durlon 9400

Durlon® 9400

Durlon® 9400  is made of pure PTFE resins combined with carbon fillers homogeneously dispersed throughout the compound. Durlon® 9400 does not exhibit the cold flow problems associated with virgin PTFE yet has excellent sealability, flexibility, non-sticking, and cutting characteristics. Durlon® 9400 also demonstrates good electrical conducting properties due to its carbon content.

Durlon® 9400 is a unique material and designed for use in piping and equipment in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and other general industrial applications where resistance to highly aggressive chemicals (including hydrofluoric acid) is required.
